The owners of the Moline Bishop's would like to welcome you to their restaurant.

Bishop's is one of the few businesses who were among the original occupants of the Westdale Mall when it opened in 1979. And it's remained one of its most popular destinations.

Rod started with Bishop's in High School bussing tables for the original Bishop's on the main floor of the Ellis Hotel in Waterloo Iowa. After college, Rod worked in every position in the restaurant and became a General Manager with Bishop's in Peoria Illinois in 1981.  Rod and his family moved to Dubuque in October of 2000.  During 2003 Curt, Rod , and some others bought 9 of the Bishop's from Furr's Cafeterias. In June 2006 Rod and Curt purchased the Moline' location.

Mike Sollars started with Furr's Cafeteria in Albequergeu, NM in 1993. He started as a cook and part-time dishwasher. In six months he moved into the management training program. He was an assistant in Albuequerque for 5 years and was promoted to general manager in Kansas City in 1998. He moved to the Quad Cities in 2000 and managed the Duck Creek location before moving to the South Park Mall location in October of 2001.

Candee Argo started at the South Park Mall Bishops when it opened in November 1979. This was his first job she applied for and she had found her passion. She worked the line and went to the Bake Shop in 1980. She then started cook in 1982. In 1991 she wen't into management. In 1999 she was promoted to General Manager.
